I went to this race. Bugs came up and sat with some folks behind us after the mod race. We always sat on the backstretch. This was the only time that I can recall any Northerners coming to the stadium.

Did Bugs drive Chubby Arrington's #29 Longwood Restaurant Coupe??

Eddie Flemke has won there. Richie Evans, Red Foote,Rene Charland, alot of those guys raced there. Richie held the Franklin Co. Speedway qualifying record for years.

I can remember running a Grand National race there on Easter Monday, must have been around '65 or '66
