I rember when Junior had the tail pipes out the back so no one could draft with Lee Roy . But nascar made Junior move the pipes to the side in fornt of the back wheels because every one was bitchen about it to nascar.

Look at those shoes. This is only the second picture I have seen of pipes that extend all the way to the rear bumper. Seems that in some situations it could be a benefit to have them dump out the back and not in front of the rear tires.

The reason nascar stoped this was no one could draft him with running hot.
