Yup! But he did it with Hudson, getting the 300 cid 6 cylinders to run down the V-8 Oldsmobiles,then with Chevrolet and Pontiac, I guess he figured he would give Ford a shot. But that 66 Chevelle which was the first car to top 180 at Daytona was probably the wildest thing he did. But I would not rule anything out with Master Smokey!
