With the cars banged up like they are, it looks more like Bowman Gray to me. Weatherly appears to be turning. I would bet this house this is not at Daytona. You can see the guard rail is in front of a wall. If it's not Bowman Gray then I'd be surprised.

ok i think it is charoltte i see the rail .it is lots of people in the back

there was no guard rail in front of the wall at charlotte at any time. not trying to be picky, but i still insist that this is from bowman gray. the posture of the drivers and the condition of the cars leads me to this conclusion.
