this was maine driver bob greely's only career grand national start; he started 28th and finiished 13th.

greeley crashed out of the first 125-mile qualifier that year. bob tullius in another #86 was evidently involved in the same crash. strange that two cars carried the same number and were involved in thye same crash.

robbie, did you ever go to any of the dogwood and cardinal 500 doubleheaders at martinsville? they used to have numbers made by a manufacturer to change the original number in case of duplication.
