This seems to be related to Internet Explorer and one of their latest revisions. We can't fix the problem....you will need to install the latest version of IE. I haves tested it with version 10(Ithink...and it works). I would recommend that you use a different browser such as google chrome or firefox. Let me know if you are not using IE.

Jeff's right. I had the same problem and he had the same suggestion. Google Chrome is a better program without all the garbage in it you don't need anyway. Easy download, just follow instructions. It even allows you to import all your Favorites from IE.Steve
