Either General Motors or Chevrolet probably commissioned this PR shot of Dave and Bill Jenkins, before he was Grumpy, taken in front of the dealership, or possibly even the local newspaper, using Old Reliable II. If you look at the rear quarter panel, the lettering says 'NHRA National Champion,' and that means that this photo was most likely taken in September 1962 after the U.S. Nationals, when the car took the class win, right off Indy. Also, check out the car number. The 201 referred to the dealership's address on Carlisle Avenue in York, which the team used when it was racing locally. At national events, the car's number was 602. The team changed the number by taking a piece of plain white butcher paper and a black marker, making a new number and taping it over the old one. "
