this was 1977-78, best guess, but Butch spent a lot of time in Victory Lane at Langley. That's Eddie Anderson with the cowboy hat, he left the announcer booth to follow Joe Carver to Nashville..His replacement was a relative unknown back then, Joe Moore(you may have heard of him, lol)
