Anybody know any information on this car, driver, or track? It looks like it's a maryland car by the little MD in front of the number and by the sponsor

The car #28 is at Marlboro Motor Raceway in Maryland. I think this photo was from about 1957 or 1958. Iam not sure of the driver this day, but the #28 was often driven by Don Dove or Fred Dove.
