that picture is of a dave scott out of either new hampshire or maine......very popular racer that ran many many northern tracks. i remember him running at star speedway and am sure he ran many many other tracks......i bought some vintage parts off him a couple yrs back and got a real nice reception from him and his family.....sad to report of his passing a few months ago......
