Yes, that is Frank Myroncuk (correct spelling) He and his family had a "house moving" business in New Egypt, NJ. Yeah, that kind where they put the whole house on a trailer and move it to another location! I have almost exact same picture of this car! I must have bumped shoulders with this photographer! It is Trenton Speedway and the race was known as "The Race of Champions" Local tracks throughout the east coast had "Trenton Qualifiers" races, which usually were "extra distance" events, compaared to the "regular" lenth features. These race winners were guaranteed starters in the RoC
