I spent my Memorial day weekend at the races at Thunder Road !! There was 4 divisions and 164 cars !!!!!! For those that don't know, Thunder Road is a 1/4 mile high bank asphalt track located in Barre ,Vermont. Ken Squier is a co-owner of "the road". The races are on Thursday nights from mid June to end of August with an occasional weekend race. I know some of you are saying a Thursday night??? They routinely have 4000 plus people every Thursday!! Tony Stewart will be racing there June 25 for a 150 lap Late Model race. I hope some of you "race chasers" will come up!! The best part about Thunder Road is my step son David races a street stock there. He has two career wins. I couldn't be more prouder!!!!
