Boy, I would have loved to be around for that scene way back when - It would have felt like I died and went to heaven!!! I wonder how many Drag Racers knew how good they had it or what the NHRA would do (or allow to be done) to pro drag racing in the future - i.e. over-regulation, over corporate involvement, over foreign involvement, 1000 foot nitro passes, only the rich can play here. TOO BAD!
