Search for 1964 Terry Falcon back on

Nearly two years ago, as my dad was dying of cancer, I attempted to find his old race car: a 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint that had once belonged to Ed Terry. Dave Redman generously located the old Hot Rod issue featuring the car, but my dad died a couple of days later, before I could give it to him. For a few weeks after he passed, I searched for the car, but I gave up after a while. (But not before talking to Ed Terry and several other people I met through this forum, who were all very helpful.)

Recently my dad's old friend Bill Dismuke (in Donalsonville, GA) ran into Ed at a car show, and it got me thinking about the car again. I know that my father (Bert Ingram) owned it in 1964, not long after Ed won the race that got the car into the Hot Rod issue, and that he bought it after a race in Pensacola, Florida. My dad sold it to a friend of his a year or so later, and it changed hands among his friends several times over the next couple of years. The last owner I'm aware of was Carl Sapp, who I think lived one town over in (or near) Bainbridge, Georgia. My mother has contacted him, and he doesn't know what became of the car.

Even if the car is still out there somewhere, it will be very difficult to locate, I know. But I want to try. I'm attaching a photo of the car from 1964, when it belonged to Ed Terry. If anyone has any information or any suggestions, I'm all ears. I'm currently trying to track down one or two other owners from the 1960s in the (probably unrealistic) hope that they have a registration or VIN info.

Thanks for your time-

Tammy
