This was the first time that Funny Cars were run 4 at a time ( notice the single tree between lanes 1-2 / 3-4 ). Later we had a system built with 2 trees and a finish line system that would designate the Finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. That is when we did the Parimutuel ( Betting Windows were open )

Larry, I ran a couple of your 4 wide events at Buds Creek. But I simply can not remember if it was one or two trees at the time. It would have been in late 72 or during 73 I believe.
