To see the things going on in the world today, such as events in Paris last week, makes my efforts of writing for this show every week so inconsequential. Add to Paris the fact that our country is politically a disaster area and no one seems to care. A University President can be deposed and out of a job simply by being accused of being "insensitive" (had to use spell check on that word). Then there is college and university students at some very prestigious institutions who begin marches and protests asking for free tuition and other accommodations without any consideration as to from where the funds will come to support their demands.
