will the man who gave me this picture of uncle Tom Sneden, my dad, (Bob Walker) Dave Reitz and me (in the truck) please step forward. it was given to me at Capitol raceway, in the staging lanes on Oct 12 2008. BTW: pic was shot fall of 63 in beltsville md. at a hotel on rt1
