Ghostly aerial image of the paper-clip Twin City Raceway located on hiway 701N between Loris, SC and Tabor City, NC. Twin City was a classic short-lived 60's era dirt track. Opening in 1964, the speedway barely made it to the 1968 season. Nothing remains, TCR is totally spiritual and now only exists as fond memories.
Bobby, I really enjoyed your Ghost Track segment last night on Twin City Speedway. As usual, your reports are my favorite part on Racers Reunion radio and it's good to hear track history and interesting tidbits about the tracks. Keep up the good work...I really enjoy that segment. BTW, what are tobacco heaters???Pete
