I would vote that being a suitable permanent solution...except there is already a well-established dirt track with 36 degree banking just down I 81 at Bulls Gap, TN called Volunteer Speedway.

I have folks asking for the the victory lane photos I have not seen them posted. I know there were at least three photographers taking those pics. I need a set of those to distribute in the upcoming article and the next Scene Magazine. Any help would be appreciated.
