Would like to connect with Joe Gardner if he remembers the guy with the maroon J stock Ford Galaxie that got him another short block after his blew at Cecil County.

Who drove "Northwind"/red 62 Chevy A/S

The driver was Joe/Tex Gardner. I never saw Arnie Waldman-the other partner drive. They went to Cecil County regularly,but did go to other tracks like Mason-Dixon.
