I can truly say I am shocked. What specifically is the $25,000 fine for? What bothered me most was Kyle could have injured someonewhen he pushed Harvick's car out of his way. There were people walking towards them.

I noticed that he is a featured member. There are four pages of featured members. There are only 30 that show on the main page, however. Mr. Gilder may be able to move him back to the front of the pack though.
