The time has been set for the hearing to see if Paul Minard will be fined his 25 driver points, and Richard his 25 owner points. All this over a repair of frame rails? Could this be a spin off from what Brad started over the rear tolerances that started a whirlwind? Or could this be the start of something new out of the outhouse on international speedway blvd (OISB) that has a ring to it.
But fining crew chief Slugger Labbe $100,00.00 ? wow thats almost as much as someone in Daytona pays his exwife a month for support.

There are three drivers in looking to take possession of only two spots in the chase soooo someone is gonna come up short. Wonder who it will be, Kyle,Jeff or Carl.
instead of spreading his effort over three touring circuits, Busch was supposed to shine.
Some even thought this single-minded focus could pave his path to the title.
Instead, he finds himself battling just to get in the title-determining field. And hes not alone. Three of the series' preeminent programs JGR, Hendrick Motorsports and Roush Fenway Racing are locked in a battle to not only make the Chase, but do so through the wild-card spots awarded to the two drivers outside the top 10 but with the most wins (ties are broken by points position). Relative newcomer Stewart-Haas Racing (home of defending champ Tony Stewart) is also in the mix with Ryan Newman, who is 15th in the standings with one win.
A handful of other drivers are still in position to mount a challenge as well, especially if they win this weekend..... So who do you pick---------------------------------------??

Things are different now because Matt and Tony set down and S M O K E D the peace pipe before qualifications started.
And Tony had special help with qualifying from Rocket Man--Yup Tony was whispered a special tip just before going out and it worked... Tony is on the pole for Sun Nites race because he did it Ryans way, up high and fast,faster than the Bif who starts on the outside pole. This will be an exciting start with those two side by side.
Oh yeah just for david Earnhardts information Danica starts twenty third, look at the names behind her. But she doesnt hold a pilots license like Janet Guthrie does if thats any consolation for you.
