GETTING IN TROUBLE ---AGAIN

Being as I done went and got throwed outta Journalism class I got to sneak back in and add some fuel to the fire.
According to this story wrote supposedly by the Associated Press it says and I quote it very loosely-----Suspended NASCAR driver AJ Allmendinger has elected to bring his own experts to the testing of his ''B'' urine sample, The Associated Press has learned.
Because Allmendinger is bringing his own people, the test of the sample will not occur until next week. Allmendinger has the right to take the time needed to assemble his team of experts. Brian will have to readjust his schedule so he can be there I guess.
Under NASCAR's drug testing policy, an individual can bring in experts for the second test and Allmendinger wants his own toxicologist and attorney present, two people familiar with the case told the AP on condition of anonymity Thursday because the process is confidential.
Denny Hamlin, speaking at a golf tournament in Charlotte on Thursday, said NASCAR drivers have to be extremely careful with what they ingest and awareness was heightened following Jeremy Mayfield 's 2009 suspension. Did he just say the water may be tainted?
Allmendinger business manager Tara Ragan said Allmendinger is working through NASCAR's process to resolve the issue. In other words he has to go to the red trailer on a daily basis to insure Brian he aint taking that 5 hr enhancement stuff that keeps you going and going.
So just thinking out loud here, if you work all week on your hotrod, the race car im talking about, and some of the unknown gets under your fingernails and you subsequently become the dude that gets tested at the track on Fri nite or Sat nite annnnd you go wash your hands before the task of filling to the bottom line on the cup, you loosen some of that unknown source and it falls into the specimen. Now you have just volunteered a dose of hell for the hereafter to the locals.
In my profession of Super heavyhaul trucking we came down on this testing on regular intervals. Now say im making this up or not BUT I had a test go sour and Mr DOT shut me down in the middle of a move. This shut down was in the middle of Kansas. They escorted me to a safe parking zone Off route of course and then gave me one of those illustrious rides in a Federal escort vehicle to a military testing facility.
I was told that my first sample was tested for a substance not allowed(never was told what it was) but a second sample was taken along with three of those vials of blood. I waited right there until this was tested three ways from hell and they finally said I was clear to resume my delivery.
That was well and good but it took a week almost to get permits restarted from where they parked the load(this load was classified military going onto the Ronald Regan ship). Needless to say I fell into a monthly testing policy for over a year because of something,what it was I do not know, that we cannot control . Now as smart as the govt is they cleared mine up before 72 hrs had passed. Cant this same hold true in the sport of racing?
On the lighter side of the note wonder how those assurance people who visit the little room with you on these facilities to give your sample see your brand new undie shorts you purchased that are off center on usage see you groping around for what??? They ask whats going on,you answer ---------- my NEW of center-shorts are creating a situation here ..... Now a closer inspection could be called for-------------
