Tired of riding in the back he is ready to ride in the front for a change

Stock Car Racing History

"Dale has absolutely zero interest in riding in the back, so I don't consider it,. "He wants the car good enough to lead, and generally his car is that good, and he is that good at doing it. He is patient but he's not that patient - he was quoted as saying he just doesn't want to ride in the back.
"History has proven that there are people who have done it and come away with some really good finishes but depending on how the cautions fly you could be in trouble." So lets see if his schooling from dad can pull him through to the front. Remember Dale would come from way back to get to the front at the end in Talledega Or have you forgotten about that??? Or do you other openions

The Dethroning of our leader

General

Hey Jeff , if you you need a draft back to the front hold on Tim is coming fast and maybe the two of us will hook up and get up there to bump draft you back into the lead. Andy is tooling around back there heading thataway too so company is coming. Some say this is not like an old fashioned race but here in Racers Reunion we "can" make a heck of a race out of it So if the dust is to heavy to see just run high and the cushion will hold you. So while some will try to figure out this others will be laughing at us having a good ole time racing with our memories. Now for a small bit of clarification here ---this racing can be done in the comfort of your lounger with your eyes closed, (thats dust in your eyes) just lean back with your feet high ( almost like running high) and up against the cushion ( no explanation needed here)

The Dethroning of our leader

Woa here--wait a minute Billy, No where did I say you were in the wrong--I was merely making light of the status that was showing. Jeff's status vs your status had nothing to do with it. I was merely having fun with the point deal and giving folks something to laugh about or to discuss over coffee. You are a very precious person on here and you guidance by our Lord on Racers Reunion can be nothing but GoodNow after that I thought I could make a race type of message of this--in fact just think you and Jeff battling it out on one of the finest dirt tracks ever ---now wouldnt that be fun? But you two better look over your shoulder because there are a couple of fast hitters coming up behind -----just think of all the ----------------------------------memories

With all due respect to those who have, or may, reply to Johnny's comment, "The Dethroning of Our Leader" We are not trying to get ahead of anyone, in any position on Racer's Reunion. We are enjoying being a part of RR and helping anyone in anyway we can, We mind our own business and share the love which God has given us for others. Some one asked us recently why we always sign each message with, " God loves you and so do we". The answer is simply, because the Lord told us to love one another, as He loved us, That message to any of our RR friends could be the last message we ever make to them and we want them to remember us that way, not that we were trying to lead someone with worldly title.
We respect Jeff Gilder as the creator of this site, where so many can become a member and contribute to the continued growth, The only comment ever mentioned concerning the Leaderboard was made to Jeff, concerning the people who were removed from the site but their points remained. We only mentioned that it was comparable to NASCAR disqualifying a driver due to illelgal activity and allowing them to keep their points. That had nothing to do with us wanting to lead on the board.
Certainly hope Jeff does not have the same feelings which some seem to have! As far as we are concerned, remove us completely from that board. We are more interested in Friends and Fans which alllows us to be in contact with people who love racing and don't try to cause friction between others. We appreciate all the wonderful members who have supported us with their love and friendship.
God bless and we love you,
Billy and Barbara Scott

Hey Jimmie Johnson lead shrinks and Brian confiscates parts off his car

Current NASCAR

Jimmie Johnson saw his lead over Denny Hamlin shrink to 6 Points in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Standings following Hamlin's win in the Tums Fast Relief 50 at Martinsville Sunday. That lead may vanish altogether by Tuesday if NASCAR issues a penalty for a part that was confiscated from the No. 48 Chevrolet before the race started.Dale Earnhardt Jr led 90 laps in today's race after starting from the 28th position. Junior's No. 88 was just tight enough to make it fast and he rocketed through the field to the lead.No. 48 crew chief Chad Knaus saw how fast Junior was coming. H e radioed to Jimmie Johnson "if you hear a great scream and roar you'll know that Dale took the lead" as Earnhardt closed in on the top spot.

Imagine this--A DEI Ford Is this the start?

Current NASCAR

Seems as though Chip is contemplating putting Montoya and Mcmurry in Fords next year. Now this is a wrinkle worth watching at DEI As you well know DEI is based on GM cars and not FOMOCO.We have been talking of changes with a couple of drivers so now is this the beginning of the change of relationship between RCR and DEI? And if so does this leave a crack in the door for uh whats that guys name at Hendricks, the driver of 88 yeah that guy ----- JR
