you know i have photos of some those characters that are trying to be , lets say not so noticeable .The least they could do is put up a photo. Ugly???? If I can stick my mug up there then you can,we aint having a beauty contest unless its with Ronda,Devin,Unique,Danica or one of the many beauty queens we have on racers reunion. so quit yer hiding and post a photo. Dont know how ??? ask and yee shall receive. SOOOO get r done boys-----------------and gals!!!!!!!

I found this of the old speedway -- it was taken in 1965 looks like the back stretch

If you look close you can see a race car at speed on the backstretch,looks like a 55 or 56 Ford or Chevy #6

500 is a figure thats a reasonable figure for it providing its usable the track in the keys is long gone to the land gurus google the island and you will see about where track was the rough shape is still in the layout of houses Mike Ray said:

Most of you know where Daytona speedway is -- some can remember Hialeah Speedway-- A few have been to Homestead Speedway-- But has anyone ever been to Stock Island Speedway in Stock Island Fla??? It existed back in the day and was what you would call a long haul to get to it. It was located Off US 1 just north of Key West Fla. It wasnt no rinky dink track either, but a well built half mile. It would be neat to hear someone else who had knowledge of this and maybe visited the track back in the day. Here is a photo of it to jog your memory.

If you had been with us Wed. you would have seen the drive in person in those eyes of Jeff Gilder.His motive was very apparent along with his goal,which has never wavered from the first moment he sat down. Passion will drive the will if it is for real.Only difference I see is the France teams have a different goal in their agenda, Money!!!!
