After being sidelined for more than month when he broke two bones in his right leg in a sprint car accident, three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup champion and Stewart-Haas Racing Tony Stewart co-owner will meet the press next Tuesday at the teams shop in Kannapolis, N.C.

Given how SHR founder and co-owner Gene Haas said earlier this week that he hired Kurt Busch to drive for SHR more or less over Stewarts objections, Tuesdays presser should be one for the ages. FOXSports.com will be there to bring you all the action.

I don't think Tony was exactly enthralled with what I did, Haas said of the signing of Busch during a press conference announcing the hiring last Tuesday. Then, laughing, Haas added, But I think he saw it my way, you know. Either that or get out of the building.

Haas said Stewart was against expanding to a fourth car for next year, but got overruled.

I wanted to go forward with that, Haas said. Tony broke his leg. I didn't have really a chance to talk to Tony about it at all since he wasn't really talking to anybody. So I kind of did this on my own, probably overstepped my authority a tick there. I'm not used to having too many authorities to work with. I've been pretty much on my own. I did realize that Tony might be a little bit upset about it. He was, he was a little upset.

Stay tuned. There will be much more to this story. Want to take bets on how this plays out??? Anyone??

but Dave all thats hearsay--we got proof,yup you bring your body down here and you can see first hand where it was at over in the beginning of turn 3. if you could come up to the entrance when the wind is calm you can get a whiff of something that smells like corn rotting. dont think i saw any such mention of any part still around, see we got the track and the hole where Mr Brown descended the stairs and the great state ofv ga documented it as being indeed there, in pictures no less

well for one thing I have got to get you hooked up on the internet proper so you can access any and all the broadcasts of nascar races, from trucks to Danicas group. yup its there ----I F --- you know where to look. then you can set back and snub your nose at all the guys running around in the cow pasture with that ball of sorts.

also kasey drive like a true professional -- instead of politely using his bumper to move matt or even wreck him kasey chose to either out drive him or settle for second,which is where he finished.... how many others would have used that method of thought.
