Thanks for sharing this photo. This car was my introduction to Sam Ard.......1967 Leland (NC) Raceway. The car was a medium metallic blue, white lettering. The sponsor was "Central Oil & Machine" Florence, SC. In 1968, Sam teamed with car owner John Altman and the famous #84 Chevellle, (the first Chevelle late model for me), dating this particular photo no later than 1967. Could the setting be Little River (SC) Raceway? The fence and the forest look familliar.
