1950 at Lakewood. Gober was coming out of the number 2 turn and his right front just came off the car and off he went up the hill. But the tire didn't stop! It kept rolling and tumbling up that hill, to the Lakewood Avenue, to somebody's house! The tire had so much speed, it broke a window and landed in a gentleman's living room!
