Bob Tullins ? May be a Grand American driver. Baby Grand or what ever Nascar called it. Wasn't this man from Florida around Coco Beach?

That is Bob Tullius. Famous Group 44 driver and a Grand American driver. Had a great Triumph and Jag race cars. Will see him at The Mitty in May of 09.
