Wild shot. I was there that day. But I was sitting on the backstretch and didn't have a good view of the wreck. Interesting you should upload this today. I was at the RP Museum in Randleman this morning and afternoon. Took a photo of the remnants of that car.

NEVER BEEN TO THE MUSEUM SINCE THEY MOVED IT......GOTTA GET THERE SOME DAY.YES I WAS THERE TOO,SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS WRECK. A VERY HISTORICAL AND SAD DAY.
