Jerry - I posted a copy of your decal above on Mike Bell's Facebook page and he said "This group was actually in New England". Hope this helps.

I've got one of those too. I believe ite from a Maryland, New Jersey group that was formed.I bought mine off of EBay about 15 years ago. Mines about 10" in size. Water transfer decal.
