The Story Behind the Image

Hello friends.  It's been a coon's age since I've last posted but I was going through a bunch of old photos in my wavering collection and realized I just how much I don't know about the history and story behind the images.  I thought it might be fun to post an image and include everyone on a fact finding mission to come up with as many facts about the story behind the image.  So, I opened the photo album and on the first page is a photo of Red Farmer's Late Model.  The only thing I know for sure is, the photo was taken by Robby Knox of Savannah, Georgia, and the writing on the back says, "Red Farmer".  What is the story behind the image of Red's Late Model?
