These are actually the USAC cars. #3 in Lloyd Ruby I think

USAC 1964 #3 is Norm Nelson and #18 is Jim Hurtubise. Nelson listed as owner of both but I think they were factory rides . Jim won and Norm was 2cnd

Thank you for the information. these old photos belonged to my dad. did not find them until after he died in 1996 and never knew who they where.. thanks again
