Look at this picture !! WOW!! Back in the day ........really ....!!! When it used to really be Martinsville Speedway !! Liked it a lot better like this than it is now ..........

A couple of Northerners are smack-dab in the middle of the mess. That's Dave Dion's orange #27 Mercury turned sideways, with Canadian Langis Caron ducking to Dion's inside. That may be Tom Rosati right behind Caron in the silver/black #07, as well. Near the head of the pack is Joey Kourafas in the yellow/blue "Jay-Lin Special" Kit Kar, owned by Massachusetts car owners Jay and Linda Broderick. All three drivers were big winners around the northeast. Dion, Kourafas and Rosati all won the Oxford 250 at least once, with Dion a multi-time winner.
