This photo intrigued me. I copied it and posted it on another website where some very knowledgeable people congregate. Some of us suspected it might be Ho-Ho-Kus Speedway in New Jersey. I e-mailed a copy to Mike Kerschner at National Speed Sport News, and in his column in the April 1 edition he confirms that it is indeed Ho-Ho-Kus. He also says the building with a steeple is not a church but a horse barn which was converted to a garage, and he details an incident when a car went through the fence.
