I believe this is Jimmy Hensley ahead of Elliott in the 1993 fall Goody's 500. He sub'd for the injured Rick Wilson. I looked at YouTube clips for both 93 Marty races. The 11 ran the open vents just below the hood in the fall race. But I didn't notice them in the spring race that was much cooler.
