Bobby Allison Being Introduced at the 1976 Southern 500. In the "Good 'Ol Days" of Darlington they would park the cars in the 4th turn and have the drivers bring the cars down to the start-finish line during driver introductions. I took these photos standing on a lawn chair from the infield across from the now non-existent Robert E. Lee Paddock.
