Below left, What is the pencil, camera, right arrow for?

How do you use the above grey box ?

I know how to use the top line/Paragraph, Font Family, and Font Sizes.

I'm confused about the middle line/2nd line and bottom line/3rd line?

Is there Manuel or Website to tell how used the grey box?

Thanks for any information?
