Great picture, this is the first car that my Dad and myself built together, this car was built to promote full body cars at Souyhside Speedway where Dad was the promoter, this car was driven by the following drivers, Ray Hendrick, Bill Dennis, Melvin Bradley,Ted Hairfield and Sonny Hutchins,,all the drivers won in this car and this car started our Race Car building business,,Sonny was so much fun to be around,,he made it great to race,,Butch Zervakis

Butch, would you have any idea who is pictured behind the wheel here? A couple of us are guessing that it is Ted. You can likely correct me, but as I recalled Ted was the first to drive this car, before building his own Late Model. Ted tells me that Sonny offered to drive it for nothing, so Ted stepped out to let Sonny take over. Love your RR page by the way. Some great stuff there.
