Tiny was a big man with a big heart. He was a great driver and a friend on and off the track. He was a clown and an adjitater in the garage area. I was working the 2nd turn that dreadful day in August 1975 when we lost a good friend. I will forever remember the stunts he pulled on his friends. I also will remember him as a great fishing partner at Santee-Cooper. His place in racing history will forever be remembered.

I agree with Mike's comment with all my heart, why do the best always have to die so young?
