This is a custom built 1957 Mercury convertible contructed from a Mat Ying 1/18th diecast car. The car was built to replicate Tim Flock' s winning car from the Beach-Road race at Daytona in 1957

You mentioned selling some of your work on ebay. What is your seller ID so I can check out your listings? Mine is vinray89, but I don't have anything for sale at the moment. This Merc is awesome! Must have taken alot of custom work. I just got a 1969 Dodge Charger today that I'm going to make into Ernie Derr's car. Do you make your own decals or do you know of a source where I could buy some in 1:18 scale? 1:24 and 1:25 seem to be easy to find, but 1:18 is a little harder. I know I will have to make some myself.
