This was written for Billy's racing retirement banquet and was supposed to be the last page of Billy Scott's racing scrapbooks.They have since been re-opened due to all the honors he is still receiving, such as 3 inductions into Halls of Fame, with the latest to be held August 12-14, 2010. He will be inducted into the National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame in Florence, Kentucky. Billy contributes all of this to the many fans who have followed him throughout his racing career and so humbly says, "Thank you all!!"
