I ran with Ned at Concord in the early 80's in Limited Late Model. Let me restate that. I was in some of the same races as Ned, I never ran with him.
Know you rated him, as did we, a great guy and driver!!
Ned won a his fair of races after the new Concord track paved mid -1987, so he could get it done on the the black top too.
