Joe Weatherly Dies During Race 1964
The year of 1964 was a really sad year as the racing world lost two of it's greatest drivers, ever. Joe Weatherly was first to die in a crash
while racing at Riverside 500, in California. Fireball Roberts died only six months afterward, both deaths still have an impact in racing history.
