Just watched Rodger Penske being interviewed over this A.J. drug test issue. All i could think is ,,,wonder when Penske first started a race team. Did he ever think that one day,,, he would get questions asked about his driver failing a drug test. As hard as it is to win in Nascar now ,,you would think that 'DRUGS' would never be a problem. Times sure have changed since Penske first started and some not the better.
Surprisingly, our local sports guy said on the news last night, that NASCAR considers things such as cold medicine, pain medicine, and even over-the-counter sleep aids as abusive substances. It is surprising because racing hardly ever gets coverage on that station. The sports reporter stated "It is important to stress that NASCAR considers.........and then he went into the long list of over-the-counter items considered banned substances by NASCAR. Guess Goodys Powers are ok because they have paid NASCAR to be there. Let's wait and see that the substance is before passing Judgment on A.J.
