Those Lovely Mamby Pamby Sprint Cup Drivers

I purpose a move that everyone going to the next Nextell race go by your local cut rate store(so you wont spend to much)and buy a small box of tissue for the drivers to take with them in the car--that way they can wipe or blow then throw it at the driver that races them to hard and creates undo stress on their tissue.Are there any candidates on your list of Mamby Pamby drivers ??

Maybe Kleenex as a major sponsor???? Or perhaps Charmin for the "stuff" that we get from NASCAR these days. Johnny, as you have so often stated, you and I, me and many others, raced hard back in the day. I remember beating the back bumpers off cars, having mine smashed often, and you and I both have evidence of the "doughnuts" on our cars. I guess I miss something here these days. Joey, Jeff, Jimmie, and others don't want anyone close to them on the race track. If that had been applied to David Pearson and Richard Petty, we would have lost some of the most awesome races ever run, not to mention so many other drivers. I'm really getting tired of all these current happenings. Now the big issue is why Dale, Jr. is having so many problems. Wow, it never ends. I think I'll go watch "Old Yeller" so I can cry a little more.Tim

What a change! It's been awhile since I've checked in and I'm quite surprised. It may take me awhile to figure it our but first look it's really great.

Nearly all drivers have their moments of whining and crying about being bumped, raced hard or didn't have a car that ran on rails (image that in racing, huh), but the team that I've noticed who really cry are the Gibbs drivers Lagano, Busch and Hamlin. They would top my list anyway.

Maybe we should start buying small packs of kleenex tissue and kinda like toss it to them when a situation arrives and they get out with a whimper look on their face, kinda like the commercial goes when the ex drill sgt. gently throws the tissue to the guy on the couch---ha ha ha

Insted of going over to mamby pamby land lets send all these young drivers over to Memory Lane Museum and let them see what a real race car with no air or power stering looks like and let them take it out on a 500 mile race i`ll bet when they get back they can`t wait to get in that COT car

I heard that on days when that museum's closed, he goes in and just sits in one of those old cars for hours just studying it.
