I suspect that Curtis and Little Joe might just have started a new party to celebrate!
I kept thinking after the announcement of the photo posted here at RR of member, Margaret Sue Turner Wright with her Dad at V.I.R. in 1966. How proud she must be.

Yes ! I would have lost both my legs, at least. He grabbed me and pulled me out the way of a spinning car, We were sitting on top of his car, He was looking at the 4th turn and I was looking at the 1st. I did not see the car. It hit right where my legs were.
