Racing pioneer Harold Rhodes passes away at 2 am today 2/9/11. Mr. Rhodes was a car owner in both the local sportsman divisons in the 60's and on the GN circuit 1965-1968. His GN drivers were Joe Penland and Frank Warren. Mr. Rhodes also ran cars in other divisons including micro midgets. Arrangements to be announced later.

Harold will be missed I knew him from the 70's and he was always a racer first and a fan second.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear this news. Harold was just a pleasant individual to spend some time with. Please express my sympathy to the family and let them know my prayers are with them.

Tim
