My friends, I do not usually do what I am about to do here.I am putting out an urgent suggestion to all, please look at the devastation in the Houston, Galveston areas of Texas. Please, if you can afford it, consider making a donation to one of the first responder groups in the area, i.e.; Red Cross, Salvation Army, Convoy of Hope, or some organization as these.I have been watching the computer feeds of KHOU-TV in Houston on channel 361 on Direct TV this weekend.Folks, Ike destroyed that area, from Houston to the coast, and many communities and neighborhoods in between. This looks like Katrina all over again there. The community of Gilchrest Texas, no longer exists. Crystal Beach, Texas, has 80% of their homes destroyed. I fear that when they start searching in western Galveston Island that they will find many fatalities.Please, if you are concerned go to
