Folks,I ask that ya'll hold me up in prayer at this time. I found out yesterday that I have an enlarged heart and bad fluid retention. I have an urgent Doctor's appointment this coming Tuesday. Please pray that the Lord will have touched these illnesses by that time and the Doctor will not find anything wrong. We know the Lord is a healer and still in the healing business. (Heb 13:8). Jesus healed the sick, made the lame to walk, gave sight to the blind, and raised the dead. His miracles never stopped.I do not make a habit of asking for prayer, but instead offering prayer. Remember though that we are ALL GOD's children. Thanks ahead of time, my friends.Pastor Ken SharpeRacers Reunion Outreach (Chaplain)

I am sorry to hear this. I am saying prayers for you. If it is alright, may I put you on the prayer list at church? You take care and try not to worry too much, before the diagnosis has been confirmed.Hugs to you my friend,Angie

Thanks so much Robbie, I will keep that in mind.Yes, I feel that I will be alright; I suspect he will put me on meds, if God has not healed this by that time.I have witnessed to many healings and miracles to think otherwise. I have as well as my wife amazing testimonies of God's healing on our lives already. I still have a ramp on the front of my house and an electric wheelchair in my storage building as well as the van that I bought to carry the chair around in for my wife.My wife had Ehlor's Danlos Syndrome, and she had deteriorated to a wheelchair and cane.Jesus told her one day, in prayer that one day that she would dance for Him. She had a total stranger come to her in a grocery store not long after she went into the chair, and told her that she would not need that chair long.We were at a homecoming Sunday service and singing at our old church the second Sunday of September 2006, and we were getting into the praise and worship that was fast beat and hand clapping foot stomping kind of praise and worship. My wife was standing beside me trying to clap and balance herself with her cane and leaning on the chair in front of us. Next thing that I knew she had flung her cane and was dancing her head off for the Lord. She has never used the cane or chair again. She wore stainless steel ring splints on her fingers to keep her finger joints in place. These are gone as well. She went back to the pain clinic in Winston-Salem the next week, on fire for what the Lord had done. She was in no pain at all, and the doctor told her that she wanted some of what Kathi (my wife) had experienced! She was taking morphine for the pain prior to the healing and she was having withdrawals from not taking the morphine. She stopped by the old church and had the Pastor pray for that to leave too, she has not had anymore withdrawals since then, nor has she used the cane, or the chair. Praise God.Telling you this has lifted up my faith, my friend. There is no problem to great for our God.Pastor Ken SharpeFlowing River Fellowship (Senior Pastor)Racers Reunion Outreach (Chaplain)
